OBJECTIVE to become JCIKLM member
- To provide opportunities for personal development. Seminars organized and conducted by professional trainers and / or Junior Chamber member, help members to speak effectively, learn leadership skills and improve their communication abilities.
- To provide valuable resources for career development and build a bridge to the community leaders and community-based experiences.
- To provide the opportunity to meet important members of the community and the general public. In the meantime, making concrete contribution to one’s environment and to fellow human beings. In this way, members would be of great benefit to their individual and management courses.
- To provide opportunities across the boundaries of our nations. Personal experience with different customs and cultures throughout the world. It also offers the opportunities to contribute toward world peace simply by creating friendship across country boundaries.
- To provide business opportunities for members. They can exchange business ideas and do business with other interested member, not only in their own chapter or country but also with a network of almost 4000,000 members around the world.
- To mobilize support and endorsement of high profile government, corporations and organizations leaders who are willing to assign time, finances and human resources to individual and partnership efforts.
- To uphold the values of a traditional family and provides reference points to seek and foster unity u\in every aspect.
- To organize healthy activities that coexists with business activities to build a healthy body and a healthy mind.
