The Communities Area of Opportunity

This Area of Opportunity gives the member a chance to work with and for his/her community. The member surveys the needs of the community and organizes projects to cater to those needs. The opportunity to meet important members of the community and the general public is always there; however, the most valuable opportunity of this Area is to make a concrete contribution to one's environment and fellow human beings. In this key arena, not only can members be of great benefit to their community but also have the ideal workshop for putting into practice the skills they have been developing in their individual and management courses.

社會發展機會使會員能參與並為社區工作。會員們首先著手了解社區的需要，再配合需要擬定社區計 劃。會員們在這方面最寶貴的經驗是他們不但對社區的需求有深入的了解，而且也有貢獻。社會發展 工作的目的是鼓勵會員極積參與對社會有意義的工作。透過參與策劃過程，促進會員個人成長、提供 領袖發展機會、發揚青商信條中[服務人群是人生最崇高的工作]的精神。
